De Nada/White Zinfandel #3

To celebrate the launch of its third issue, White Zinfandel will host “De Nada,” an amuse-bouche culinary collaboration held after Preview on December 6. At the event, artist Item Idem will collaborate with San Francisco chef Leif Hedendal on a menu of three amuse-bouche dishes that relate to “Food Fights,” the theme of the issue. White Zinfandel Issue No. 3 will be available for sale at the W/—— Projects booth. Item Idem’s food cart, entitled FELON, will be activated for Preview cocktails with music by ARP, and exhibited throughout NADA Miami in the lobby, courtesy of W/—— Projects. Issue No. 3 boasts over thirty contributors, including artists and writers such as Maurizio Cattelan, Thomas Demand, Tom Sachs, Daniel McDonald, Pedro Gadanho, Josh Kline, Nick van Woert, Jean-Baptiste Bernadet, Elliott Green, Daphne Fitzpatrick, Matthew Lutz-Kinoy, Bless, Hunter Hunt Hendrix and Davide Balula. 100 copies include a special edition signed poster by Olaf Breuning.
